I hadn't been to the shop since about a year and a half ago. Mo seems to fit right in with the family. Before going to the shop, I called for a quote and an appointment. Mo was very accommodating. I got there around noon, and as I gave her my vehicle info, she handed me a "scratcher" and told me how it works. I thought........yeah, sure, I'll probably win a free coffee and a brownie. Mo gave me a quarter ( which she said I could keep ) and started scratching. I won a $50.00 discount, which turned my $120.00 quote into a $70.00 repair bill. Life is good at American Import ! I always meet interesting folks at the shop, while waiting for my vehicle, and yesterday was no exception. Nobody looks forward to taking their vehicle to the repair shop, but when things need fixin' you might as well go where you're treated with respect and can chat with friendly folks..........Till the next time......Thanks, and stay well........................Al Smith.....Saturn Sky and Datsun 280ZX

Great first experience. Brakes were serviced as requested at half the price of the dealer. A thorough inspection of the entire vehicle was a nice touch. I was never pressured into any other services. The employees were very friendly and answered all my questions. I will definitely return for all my future service needs.
