The folks at American Import Auto are FABULOUS. I have gone to larger, chain mechanic shops and always felt like I wasn’t getting straightforward answers or advice, often being taken advantage of and paying for services that aren’t necessarily needed on my vehicle. Jesse and Mike were extremely knowledgeable, walked me through what was needed and what services/repairs could wait, and were very prompt and thorough in their communication. I appreciate being treated with fairness, as it is often intimidating to visit an auto shop as a female who doesn’t even know how to open her front hood! Thank you for all of your help, AIA! I plan to schedule all future repairs and maintenance with them and will recommend to others wholeheartedly.

American Import Auto offers excellent, reliable service. They carefully inspect your vehicle and explain in detail exactly how they would fix any issues. I was concerned about costs of early maintenance for my 2017. Civic, but was assured that fixing a problem before it happens, could prevent future breakdowns..
