Very professional shop. Did a thorough diagnostic evaluation of my 4 Runner which they email and text to you. All work was completed in a timely and professional manner. Mike the manager was great to work with and didn’t try to pressure me into any additional work like some shops do. They even provide complimentary concierge service to and from my home. Never experienced this level of customer service from an auto repair shop. Would definitely recommend

I've been repairing my cars for 45 years and recently had a water pump leak that I could not address due to personal issues. I didn't know where to take the car so I contacted a few shops. AIA call me back first thing in the morning and was able to take my car in immediately. Their Website/communications is amazing with updates and photos of the diagnoses. The Customer service Rep was polite, knowledgeable and helpful. (Mike) I did get a chance to speak with the mechanic to go over a few things and he did an excellent job(Carlos). Very happy with the whole experience and highly recommend them.
