I’m a repeat customer and for good reason. AIA is blessed with its comprehensive array of diagnostic technology, state of the art tools and extraordinary employees. It’s always a nuisance when my vehicles break down but always assuring to know AIA is there for me. They took care of my car in a timely matter and even performed an inspection! I had a snack across the street at the diner. It was a pleasant morning. My car was returned to me clean and in a good bill of health! I’m coming back!

The folks at American Import Auto are FABULOUS. I have gone to larger, chain mechanic shops and always felt like I wasn’t getting straightforward answers or advice, often being taken advantage of and paying for services that aren’t necessarily needed on my vehicle. Jesse and Mike were extremely knowledgeable, walked me through what was needed and what services/repairs could wait, and were very prompt and thorough in their communication. I appreciate being treated with fairness, as it is often intimidating to visit an auto shop as a female who doesn’t even know how to open her front hood! Thank you for all of your help, AIA! I plan to schedule all future repairs and maintenance with them and will recommend to others wholeheartedly.
