My 2019 BMW 540i was having issues with smoke coming out, and when I went to the Bmw of sarasota they said the car was good to go, I wanted another opinion and am glad I got it as my car had many issues which they overlooked. American import auto is a great place to take your car as they gave me regular updates and recommendations about my car and after a lot of work were able to find the issue for which i brought my car in. They did an amazing job and wanted to thank Chris and mike for the amazing job they did!

Recommend the shop. Their diagnosis process is very thorough. It's a little bit expensive but hey, who wants a half-assed job. If they don't figure out the issue, they are not going to charge you for it. Again. You've definitely got to have a penny saved up in your bank account, but if you have a nice vehicle and you want a job done right that's going to be backed with warranty and done correctly. Definitely a decent shop

Jesse did an outstanding job walking me through all the repairs that were suggested, and I’m confident the teams under the hood fixed it all correctly. Jesse was great in getting me some additional pricing on added items, and the car was ready when promised. I’ll be back, and with all my vehicles!
