I lack the words to describe the type of outstanding service received. I have owned a vehicle for 60 years and never have I had such complete and knowledgeable service. Everyone treats you like family and explains in great detail what was done to your vehicle. You receive updates on your phone, emails, pictures of diagnosed problems, and frequent updates. You become family and are treated respectfully, especially women. Explanation of your service is important to them so you know exactly the service that has been performed now, and what needs to be done in the future.. I have tried at least 3 other well known auto repair shops in the area, and either they never call me back, give no print out on work attended to, or treat me as if I don’t understand anything. American Import Auto will always have my business and they should have yours. Top of the line in every way.
