To sum up my experience: Absolutely amazing! Even though I only got a diagnostic done, I was provided with a thorough explanation on what was wrong with my car and how to go about fixing it. I was initially nervous about bringing my car in since I tend to fix it myself, but after my wonderful experience I know I can trust these people with my car. Everything is very straight to the point, no money grabbing rip offs or vague explanations. After picking my car back up, they even provided me with a goody bag! I definitely intend on going here in the future if needed.

Excellent service and great staff.

From my first phone call, these folks were on top of my engine overheating problem. I brought my 2018 Audi Q5 in on a Monday. Kevin arranged for a rental car and said they would get to diagnosing the problem as soon as they could. I received a call the following day for approval of the fix (which was major) and picked it up the following day all repaired. Being from out of town and having this happen could have been traumatic for me, but once I met them I was never worried. Great people and great service! Thanks to all😉

My car had a cracked thermostat housing diagnosised the previous week. I brought it in on the schedued day, and the repair was completed the same day. Very helpful. I also appreciated the ride American Import gave me a ride back home as I continued to work during the and they picked me at the end of the day to bring me back to their shop so i could pick up my car. All went well on my repair. Thanks
