Finally found someone that does the work as expected and in a timely manner and stands behind it. I will continue to use American imports for all my auto needs. Great honest friendly folks.

First experience with AIA and it was excellent. Had a minor problem that fixed quickly without trying to add on services that I didn’t need. At a very reasonable price. I appreciate that they have ASE certified techs and use NAPA parts. Liked that I could schedule on-line and their shuttle service was very convenient. I’ll use them again when I need service.

I made an appointment and took my SUV in for the usual (oil, tire rotation). I decided to wait while the work was being done since they have a waiting room with TV/coffee etc. It took under an hour from the time I arrived until the time I left. The work was done, the car was looked over and I was on my way. I feel I received excellent service at American Import Auto at a reasonable price. Our family will be bringing our vehicles to them for all our future maintenance.

Very congenial. Needed AC attention and they got me in the same day I called. Found other problems that needed routine repair. Glad they pointed out vulnerable points on my car since I intend to keep it for a few more years due to the new car shortage.
