I highly recommend American Import - they diagnosed what was wrong with my 21 year old car and tried to find parts for it in order to save me money. Their fee for the diagnosis was extremely fair and they arranged for us to rent a car for the day for $35! I would definitely go to them again for any car issues!

Very efficient service. They provided a complete on-line inspection report of the vehicles condition. They were professional in doing all the necessary maintenance and repairs. The labor prices seemed a bit high but it is worth it for quality workmanship. I will return

Great job getting to our car on short notice. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Met with the owner and he fully explained the problem and repair. AIA is my new mechanic.

While no one wants to have car trouble, if you do, I would suggest calling American Import Auto. They were very supportive and went out of their way to help me. Their service was thorough and their staff was kind, knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend them!

Awesome shop!! Will use again. Only disappointed by one thing. My appointment was set on a Tuesday, but they didn’t begin work until I called on Friday to check status and it hadn’t been looked at yet. Once they began work, I got it back quickly after A BUNCH of work. Time will tell quality, but they were recommended by a trusted friend who uses them regularly. Only reason not 5 stars due to not getting on project on time.

Outstanding company and service. Provided photos as they worked on the vehicle. Provided a ride service to and from the service center. All at a competitive price. All the staff are professional and courteous.
