Fantastic service with attention to detail. I'm super impressed with the way American Import conducts their service, especially sharing pictures of their findings and recommendations. My opinion, but this is the way it should be done and anyone searching for an honest, reliable auto shop, look no further than American Import.

I am so lucky to have found out about this amazing shop! The first time I went to them was in May after my car broke down out of state and no one here or there would touch my car since it’s a BMW. I was a mess of emotions but Mike went above and beyond to help. This week I brought my car back for an issue they diagnosed in May and once again Jesse, Mike and Kevin were super sweet. They never talk to me like I don’t know anything because I’m a woman and they always take that extra step when they don’t have to and they make me feel welcome with every phone call and face to face interaction!!
