American Import Auto offers excellent, reliable service. They carefully inspect your vehicle and explain in detail exactly how they would fix any issues. I was concerned about costs of early maintenance for my 2017. Civic, but was assured that fixing a problem before it happens, could prevent future breakdowns.. Very professional shop. Did a thorough diagnostic evaluation of my 4 Runner which they email and text to you. All work was completed in a timely and professional manner. Mike the manager was great to work with and didn’t try to pressure me into any additional work like some shops do. They even provide complimentary concierge service to and from my home. Never experienced this level of customer service from an auto repair shop. Would definitely recommend
