My impression walked into the shop was “this place has years of experience” friendly staff to take care of automotive needs, service and repair. Napa Gold is a big plus also.

Very friendly, worked through a very tough diagnosis on my A/C system and got it repaired. Very proactive on getting solutions. I would definitely return if required.

Although I opted not to repair my vehicle this time due to unusual circumstances, I will not hesitate to bring my cars in for future repairs to American Import.
