Very friendly, worked through a very tough diagnosis on my A/C system and got it repaired. Very proactive on getting solutions. I would definitely return if required.

I am truly appreciative of the courtesy and options provided to me by the Service Manager, Kevin, and the compassion shown to me by the owners, Donna and Jeff, during a most difficult situation. Although I opted not to repair my vehicle this time due to unusual circumstances, I will not hesitate to bring my cars in for future repairs to American Import.

We dropped the Mercedes off for service and got everything taken care of plus some for a very reasonable price...they are now my "go to"..shop
